I recently talked to an Internal Affairs Sgt in the division -- I should say the fake division because
IA protects IA and corrupt NYPD as much as possible... but I told the Sgt I believed Joe Tacopina committed a crime in my case -- that he used a sock puppet account on Oct 7, 2012 to verbally violent threaten me -- a misoygnist hate crime (CUNT) as well warning me to not take any action or he would see the tables turned and I told IA they could read the threats I forwarded to NYPD Det John Vergona who did not investigate the threats but acted on them.

There was a 2nd fake account and I allege it was Chad Seigel aka Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel for comparing the NYPD rape cop victim's vagina to a fly trap -- a  misogynist hate crime in court as far I am concerned - subtext the NYPD rape cop victim lured the NYPD rape cop to her like a venus fly trap lures a fly -- he is the victim -- typical coward super liar Joe Tacopina at work.

The Mount Vernon Police office was named Michael Pelliccio, he was punched and kicked by Barbara Ricci during a school board meeting in 1993 and he had to go to the hospital.
Barbara Ricci pled guilty to harassment in that case. Sadly rather than thank her lucky stars that she did not get a criminal conviction she seems angry at the world in that case.
She did go to trial in the case of endangering a child in 1995 according to David Alper of the Mount Vernon Assistant District Attorney’s office at the time. I guess the child was 11 and the name of the mother of the child was Anna Merck.
It’s true that Ricci was not found guilty but that was after two trials, and in the second she refused to take the stand and testify. I guess it’s hard to convict on an incident where it’s not filmed. Again, rather than thank GOD she didn’t go to jail Ricci seems hell bent on attacking Pirro for some strange reason. Pirro had zilch to do with the case I’m sure.

My opinion Joe Tacopina a criminal and I am guessing  he is part of the pile up of crimes involving me being savagely assaulted the doctors office in Soho -- I'm alleging the cowardly criminal used a sock puppet account to call me the C word, threaten to bury me,  destroy me see tables turned on me which is what the corrupt NYPD did.  Tacopina does not like what I have to say about him - and here's one example the people investing my guess they're on the losing end of the  Business relationship and Joe looks for suckers to be his ATM machine.  Ask Joey Saputo if you agrees with my assessment of Joe looking for  wealthy people to exploit.   It's my opinion that Joe Tacopina  Bernie Madoff of soccer he wants to make off with all your money.
